The retreat will include morning and afternoon sessions, with a 3-hour lunch break for rest and relaxation. We’ll take Wednesday afternoon off to allow exploring the idyllic island of Gozo, Malta, or to luxuriate in some pampering at the hotel Spa.
The cost of the retreat includes accommodation and 3 delicious locally sourced meals a day; a full breakfast, a light lunch and a 3-course evening meal.
